Helmed by Executive Chef Bob Ryan, Little Sparrow is a neighborhood "continental" restaurant from Ford Fry. Inspired by Parisian bistros and Brooklyn’s favorite taverns, Little Sparrow picks up the mantle from its beloved predecessor, JCT Kitchen and Bar to serve the Westside in a new incarnation. Named in honor of superstar French chanteuse Edith Piaf (Fry’s Howell Mill Road steakhouse, Marcel, is named after Piaf’s lover, boxer Marcel Cerdan) the menu presents timeless Brasserie classics and simple, indulgent fare including an entire section dedicated to extraordinary "Frites." Premium meats with aged beef served fresh. Ssamjang has an open kitchen concept as our meats are sliced per order. Ssamjang is a traditional dipping sauce made from soybean paste and red pepper paste. It is slightly sweet and intensely savory. It is commonly used for Korean bbq dipping sauce and for lettuce wraps (sambap). Get creative and show us your ideas to use Ssamjang! Our restaurant has a full bar with TV's to watch your favorite game.We are located down the street from the Battery/Truist Park and inside Cumberland Mall. The food was delicious. We shared a take on surf and turf (the scallops and the steak). The scallops were by far the highlight of the meal. We shared two desserts, thinking they would be small (the tart tatin and the basque cheesecake), but they were hearty portions. It's a great date night or special occasion spot.

This is the most authentic Korean BBQ restaurant in the US by far. I understand the owners mother and step mother make the kimchi andcradishes - they were marvelous!! Nickolas (our waiter) was fantastic! Sides, beef, chicken, shrimp! Wow! The best!
