Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Willoughby

This is the model for a great seafood restaurant… came here serendipitously two years ago not expecting anything.. was shocked a restaurant this good could be so far from an ocean. Returned today… hoping it was still great. It is. The staff greeted us warmly as if we were well-liked regulars. The atmosphere softly lit, with every table full, yet without feeling over-crowded. The menu just right… all the favorites.. with nice touches and specials… all fresh. Dessert offerings were solid… and maybe that best describes this restaurant… a solid 9 out of 10. It would hold its own in Manhattan, Miami Beach , Boston or LA.

Christopher took care of us really well. Despite being arguably one of the best steak stops in Cleveland? We went for the seafood tower. Mac n cheese side and a chicken spring roll app. Food was incredible, everyone was attentive and the ambiance was superb. Honourable mention: the bananas foster desert is table made and done so beautifully. 10/10

Loved the view, beet salad, clam chowder, tuna and our waiter Nick. Liked the Rockfish. Sure missed the Swordfish. Finished dinner with complimentary red velvet birthday cake for our 91 year old neighbor, and 2 delicious cream brûlée . Pier W, Best on the West. We’ll be back. We had a nice dinner with friends and service was great!

Food is always great as usual which is why we come back. The service however wasn't the greatest this time around, we had a baby with us and the waitress hardly came around. As a party of only 4 adults + 1 baby and a reservation I think it's unacceptable for us to be there for just over 2 hours.. Then to be given the bill & not come back, I had to go find someone to close it out they proceeded to go look for the waitress for us.
