From the moment we walked in, the elegant ambiance and warm hospitality set the tone for a perfect evening. The service was impeccable—our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. The menu offered a fantastic selection, and every dish we tried was a masterpiece. The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, tender and bursting with flavor. The sides, especially the [specific side you enjoyed], complemented the meal beautifully. And don’t even get me started on the desserts—they were the perfect sweet finale! What truly sets Eddie Merlot’s apart is the attention to detail. As always, the food was outstanding. We had about a 45 minute wait from our scheduled reservation but I guess that's to be expected on a Christmas Eve holiday. Wonderful wait staff.

Service was very good, servers were very attentive and well versed in menu and wine knowledge. Ambiance was chic yet inviting. Food was very flavorful, executed very well, portions were not overly massive like other Italian places which we enjoyed and they were also very filling. 5/5 - we will definitely be back.

Hugo’s was packed last night. We were seated a few minutes late but we ended up in a booth. The server and staff did a great job with attention to detail. The staff was completely on game. The general manager stopped and chatted a bit despite an estimated 860 reservations for the night. The sautéed frog legs and escargot were prepared to perfection. We all ordered fish dinners with each cooked perfectly and served hot. All things excellent!
