Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in San Carlos

It was my birthday celebration and we sat in the main dining room. The host was nice enough to turn down the music so we could hear each other. They also all signed a birthday card from Hurrica to give to me. They also served me a dessert with a candle. How special they made me feel. Perfect place to celebrate any occasion! Thank you Hurrica!!

Yelp recommended this seafood place in the Peninsula. What a great recommendation!! The hostess was friendly and full of smiles. She explained the menus and specials of the day. Ricky was our server and he was the best! I was craving Fisherman’s Wharf style Cioppino and I was not disappointed!! It was rich in tomato flavor with spices, scallops, 3 kinds of fish, clams, mussels, crab with a bottom layer of fettuccine and garlic bread. I would say this was one of the best Cioppinos I’ve in years! My wife ordered the Lobster and Crab Ravioli with red sauce. She loved it as the tomato sauce had a kick to it! It was cooked perfectly! Portions were perfect!

Cask is a great local restaurant and wine bar. There is something for everyone on the menu and a wine to go with every choice. The servers are friendly and efficient. Whether you want a hot sandwich, burger, or main course, Cask is the restaurant for you.

Everything was above par. Except the pork chop which was overcooked and boring.

This place is amazing! The hostess, Delaney, is what made our night. I’m currently disabled and she went out of her way to accommodate my needs from the very beginning all the way until the end of our dinner. I had to use the restroom and she personally walked me all the way back to the restroom and held the door for me! The food was incredible, our server was extremely attentive, and the food came out fast. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks Delaney! We will definitely come back :)
