Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Rochester

I very much enjoyed my experience at Mill Valley! It was my birthday and very much worth celebrating it there. Food was high quality and fabulous. The service was wonderful! Thank you. Would come again.!

We had a wonderful meal. Ruths Chris is our favorite steak chain. We were promptly seated at a nice full sized booth. Service was very good. The cocktail were excellent. We had a seafood tower which was excellent and split a t-bone. The steak was very tasty, but overcooked from our requested Medium rare. However, we didn't reorder it, as the kitchen was getting backed up and we didn't feel it was worth the added wait. An expensive meal, but we highly recommend the restaurant. A great addition to Rochester.

We had a wonderful Valentine breakfast at Five West. Loved the strawberry and cream cheese stuffed french toast special & Love Me Mimosas. The food was delicious.

Wonderful meal and loved the “extra” cocktail to soothe my raspy voice on a snowy evening. Great service and husband’s birthday surprise dinner was outstanding like always!

Our second visit to Bleu Duck. As before, very friendly and polished professional service. We had appetizers as small plates this time. The meatballs, potato skins, mussels, and especially the crab cake were delicious. The Rose Frost cocktail was wonderful and the old fashioned was sublime. The Rieseling was a.perfect accompaniment for my seafood. The sherry with dessert was luscious. Pricey, but another wonderful visit. We will return.
