The Oyster Company Raw Bar & Grille has been celebrating Cape Cod's freshest catch for over 2 decades with its incredible dishes, relaxed atmosphere and our Famous Oysters from our Own Oyster Farm. The sashimi oysters on the half shell with yellowfin tuna sashimi and wasabi aioli and the fresh lobster quesadilla with melted cheese and chipotle mayo make tantalizing starters. Some of The Oyster Company Raw Bar & Grille's specialty entrée dishes include the Shrimp and the Scallop Sauté with tomatoes, black garlic and pappardelle pasta. Guests can also choose the Grilled Native Swordfish. The Oyster Company Cioppino -linguini with lobster saffron sauce topped with lobster, shrimp, scallops, mussels and clams, which are all as beautifully prepared as they are delicious.     It was easy to make our reservation on Open Table. We arrived a few minutes early & were seated right away. Our Server, Abbey was terrific. She asked about food allergies & special preferences before we ordered. The Appetizers & Meals were all terrific with plenty to take home. The ambiance was fun & festive, but we could still hear each other on a busy Friday night.

    We had never been to this restaurant and had come to Cape Cod for a few days over Xmas. It was excellent..Food so fresh..yum Scallops,Clam Chowder,Oysters and more. And our waitress was wonderful... Would come back easily when in the area.

    Seasonal entrees make it special. This time it was the Roast Pork Tenderloins and the Shrimp Scampi. And, of course, the pre-meal bread and oil.

    Visiting Hyannis from out of state and decided to try Embargo. Definitely one of the best decisions ever. Drinks, food and service were some of the best we've ever experienced. Would make a trip back just to go there again. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and try Embargo.
