Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Hillcrest

I am so happy we found this place!! The food, service and atmosphere were incredible. It was decorated for valentines day and we felt like we were having dinner in the middle of an Alice in Wonderland-esqu fairytale scene. There were flowers, lights, giant heart shaped balloons, themed cocktails and desserts. The photo opportunities were endless. I think what really made our night was how attentive and engaging the wait staff was. We will definitely be back to see how the atmosphere changes throughout the year and to order one of everything on the menu!

Really good food and drinks! A quick meal because we were short on time, it was easy to get a reservation. I’ve also been here for brunch and it was just as delicious! Definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I came for an early Valentine’s Day dinner and we got a sangria and Old fashioneds which were great!!The food was AMAZING. The Parker house rolls, the mussels, the steaks 🤌🏼 The only negative thing I have to say is that because we had a later reservation (10:00) we felt pretty rushed to order our food, thus feeling rushed to leave. It didn’t negatively affect our experience too much because the food was so bomb but definitely expected a higher level of service (minus the bussers and food runners who were friendly and great).

It's a small place with the front space filled with the bar. It was so cold that we had to keep our coats and fleece on! The food was hot, tasty and came out quickly. We would definitely eat there again.

Excellent! Fun creative menu. Chips & salsa were fantastic so we knew we were in for a great meal! I had banana crusted snapper-yum! Great w the sauce it was served with. Hubby’s chile relleno was one of the best he’s had (he even asked to tell the chef personally!) Strawberry mint margaritas were delish too-refreshing! We’ll def come back!!!
