J.Gilbert’s set the bar very high, not many steak houses can compare to their overall commitment to top quality food, drinks and exceptional service.

The pizza is outstanding with a large choice of special pies. The gluten-free pizza is some of the best in the area.

We had a reservation as it was a night that UConn was playing at the XL Center and were seated on time. The place was packed and there probably weren't enough waitstaff on duty but we were able to dine and leave with enough time to make the start of the game. Overall a very enjoyable dining experience. The food came out hot and was delicious. We will try this place again for sure and make an earlier reservation next time.
