How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting? That was the question that acclaimed chef and restaurateur Sam Marvin (creator of the much-celebrated Los Angeles restaurant Bottega Louie) posed when he decided the time was right to reinvent what has long been the trademarks of the steakhouse genre – masculine vibe, dark rooms, fancy waiters, slabs of oversized beef and overly expensive pricing.     Great venue. Lively restaurant. Would not recommend if looking for more of a quiet environment. Food came out fast and was delicious. Wait staff and management very attentive. Bathroom could have used a little more attention. Paper towels were overflowing in the receptacle. Water fixture had build up. Being in maintenance, I notice these things. Everything counts. It's all about the overall experience not just the food.

    Americana was the perfect choice for my extra special date night. Cheryl provided a top tier experience for us and went out of her way to connect with us. The meal was a four star experience as we ordered the Steak Diane and the lamb.

    Our server Nikyah was excellent, she walked us through the menu and helped to select a great coursed menu. The fried burrata appetizer is a must, we also tried the seasonal pumpkin pasta and it was delicious. The ambiance was perfect for catching up with girlfriends, and I'm already planning a return visit next month for when my in laws are in town.
