The accompanying remoulade sauce provided a tangy complement that tied everything together. Next came the iceberg wedge salad—a timeless classic. The crisp lettuce, smoky bacon, juicy tomatoes, and rich blue cheese dressing combined for a perfectly balanced and refreshing starter. For the main course, we selected the Niman Ranch Chateau. Cooked to perfection, this tender cut of beef was served alongside creamy garlic mashed potatoes and lobster mac-n-cheese. Every bite was rich, satisfying, and expertly prepared. Throughout the evening, the service was flawless. The staff offered thoughtful wine pairings, ensuring every dish was perfectly complemented. Their attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable.
