- LLizSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoMy table loved their dishes but mine was the steak frites which was passable, falling short of preparation and quality. I order it to be medium, but it was cooked to medium well on most of the steak but one side was very rare. I never had such an inconsistent steak like that before. The meat was tough, too. I think I will pass on this dish on my next visit and get the smash burger which looked amazing. The cocktails and deserts were very good, as well.More infoLimewood Bar & RestaurantPrice: Expensive• undefined• Berkeley•4.4

It consistently delivers excellent food in a great atmosphere with top notch service. I’ve been for a casual night with friends to an anniversary dinner and it was perfect for both- a great time with fantastic food!More infoACRE Kitchen and BarPrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• Oakland•4.6

- JJayvipSan Francisco Bay Area •21 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe almost always eat in Oakland, Berkeley and SF because it's hard to find good food and flavors through the tunnel. Hideout nails it. The lamb shank, the fried chicken, the squash all as good as you get in the City. Delicious. Could still use some work on their craft cocktails, but the food was excellent.More infoThe Hideout KitchenPrice: Moderate• American• Lafayette•4.5
