- RRobinLas Vegas •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had an awesome experience. The food was great. You have to always get the White Garlic Truffle Bread to start your meal. My husband tried the salmon for the first time, he absolutely loved it. I got the chicken pesto with regular pasta. I usually get it with vegetable noodles but forgot to order it that way. OMG the pasta was so light and full of flavor. I was pleasantly surprised. Our server Wyatt was a joy to have. He was conversational and truly a nice gentleman. He made the experience 100% perfect.More infoNorth Italia - Las VegasPrice: Moderate• Italian• Summerlin•4.7
- RRollieSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review4.0Dined 5 days agoThe restaurant is tucked away in a different part of the hotel, away from the casino and restaurant area which makes it a very quiet venue. The service was prompt, courteous, attentive, and friendly. You really feel like you are at a high=end, fine dining establishment. With all those positives, I can address the food. There are so many other fine dining establishments in Las Vegas that having tried this place, once was enough. Starting with the seafood tower, it was the skimpiest of all the seafood towers on offer. The items were small, too few, and bland. The ceasars salad split with my companions was very good, and so was the lobster bisque. My French Onion had the appearance of a cheese sandwich floating on the soup, but the soup itself was tasty. Two of us had the rack of lamb, cooked medium which my companions said was very good, but didn't differ from other racks of lamb at other less premium places. My friend and I both had the 16 ounce rib eye, both asked to be cooked to medium rare. Surely, medium rare should have some juice when cut, but ours didn't. My pal said it was ok, he'd eat his, but I sent mine back, only to have another cut slightly better but not medium rare at all. At this point, all the others were already half way through the meal so I simply did not make a fuss. And to note the rib eyes had the quality of supermarket meats, not a high end restaurant. The sides ordered were all very well executed, as was dessert. So all in all, for the prices charged, it did not fit my definition of value for money, since I have spent just as much elsewhere and walked away feeling it was a good value. This is Las Vegas and there are so many other venues that serve similar fare, and much better quality and value. One and done with Hawthorn Grill, am afraid.More infoHawthorn GrillPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort•4.6
- FFrankVIPLas Vegas •75 reviews5.0Dined on 28 Dec 2024we went in for a quick dinner, my wife had the beet salad and it was outstanding, then she had the Jerusalem Artichoke soup for a main course, we have had the soup previously and it did not disappoint in any manner!!! i had the Jerusalem Artichoke soup as well and the Smoked Salmon Tartare,. the Tartare was a disappointment for sure, the salmon was diced very coarsely (big chunks) and many pieces had gristle in them, will not order that dish again. In addition, the "rice chips" were bland and mostly hard to swallow and did not pair well with salmon at all. As always, the service was splendid and friendly like always.More infoAmericana Las VegasPrice: Expensive• American• Desert Shores•4.6
- MMichaelVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •40 reviews5.0Dined on 25 Dec 2024What a hidden gem! My brother-in-law who lives in Sumerlin suggested this restaurant and it was wonderful. The food and service were both outstanding. We shared the octopus appetizer and then I enjoyed a great Branzino and a delicious Caesar. And the presentation of the Smokey Manhattan was memorable. Adding to the great food was the fact that the staff couldn’t have been nicer! We will definitely return!More infoSpiedini FiammaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Summerlin•4.4
