Join us in our newest addition at Pittwater - Glasshouse Grill. Our bespoke kitchen has 2 natural coal grills. The signature cast iron grill and the Josper grill, which was imported from Spain where Josper has mastered the art of cooking with coal and wood. We exclusively use Ebony Black Angus across our menu which is produced from carefully selected prime quality Black Angus cattle. Along with our decadent menu of fine selections, we also have a range of starters that are perfect to share, fresh pastas, pizzas and a range of classic meals. Berkelo is as good as any great Trattoria anywhere ... Fabio and Alvin are fine hosts and the food was bang on (compliments to the chefs) with refreshingly very generous portions. The "Chips" were the best I've had that I can remember.

It’s always nice to go to Glasshouse restaurant, but the past two times when I’ve ordered the small size chicken Parma’ it was overcooked and hard. I had to request the gravy which wasn’t with the meal. I think they may be rushing meals and that causes cooking too fast.
