Best Gluten Free Restaurants in Queen West

AMAZING dinnner for my wife’s 50th. Service was great - thank you Ashley ! Food was fantastic - both taste and presentation ! We had one person with a Gluten Free allergy and they were very accommodating. We even got to meet Susur Lee! Ask to sit at the booths near the front ! All around - Excellent ! We’ll be back. Always outstanding. It’s great for vegetarians and meat lovers. The jeweled rice is not to be missed, an absolute delight. The way each dish was layered in flavor is just masterful and truly difficult to replicate. On the pricier side, it is a treat and perfect for special occassions.

The food is absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend visiting this location specifically —you’ll enjoy incredible food, excellent wine, and top-notch service. I originally had a reservation at the Adelaide location, but the experience with the hostess there was AWFUL so AVOID IT. We arrived earlier (30 min) than our reservation due to a snowstorm, and I asked if we could be seated. The hostess was terrible—she seemed stressed and wouldn’t even make eye contact when speaking to me. She rudely asked us to move aside while she finished something else, which I could overlook. But eventually, she came back and told us they were at capacity and suggested we “just cancel”. She didn’t offer for us to wait at the bar, or say something like “let me see what I can do,” or even politely explain that we could only be seated at our reserved time. Instead, she asked us to leave in a tone that was completely unnecessary. I’m so glad I decided to switch to the location on Queen instead!

Loved the place!! Everything was perfect, the food, service, ambiance. The chicken adobo though, seems a bit salty, or maybe we were just looking for the traditional adobo we know, like with vinegar etc. But aside from that, we had an awesome experience.

Our service was great and the food was amazing!! I personally am not vegan but my friend is and I was happily surprised by how delicious the food was (had the Buffalo chick’n wrap). I wish we had one in Sarnia 🥲
