Country French setting creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Wait staff was attentive and efficient. Menu choices were limited. Loved the roasted corn chowder and crab bisque. The dijon lemon chicken was tasty with the cream sauce, but would have been better using a chicken breast instead of a leg and partial thigh. That would have made it easier to eat and cut with a knife. Toasted bread was served with a delicious pesto sauce on the side. Very nice place for a gathering with friends.

Carmel Bistro Giovanni has been our go to place in Carmel. Preparation of food has always been consistent and recipes never change. Service is one of the best in town.

First time to Schooners and we all enjoyed it so much! Great view, good service and excellent food. We went in for a late lunch. Enjoyed the focaccia and seafood tostada for starters. Crab pasta, crab blt and cioppino were all delicious! Will definitely return.

Nice family dinner in Carmel. Food was spot on. Little pricey but that’s to be expected in Carmel. Waiter was very polite but he was busy so it took a while between drink refills. Food came out on time and presentation was well done. Pesto chicken pasta dish was excellent.

A wonderful meal in a bustling, yet romantic environment. Food was delicious and the bananas foster dessert did not disappoint. Portions are plentiful and the value comparable. Will gladly return.
