Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times. Nice venue, modern and clean and good vibe a little away from the crowds of the city centre but in a great setting food was good, not a huge menu but good choices so don’t mind that, as hate long winded menus Good service but think they were a little understaffed Bar closed early. A little pricey but not way overpriced for city restaurants

Me and my friend had booked a table for my birthday. We had a really lovely time! Our waiter was ever so kind and welcoming! He suggested some very nice cocktails from the menu because we didn’t know what to pick. The food and atmosphere was fantastic. We had a fab experience!

This was the most amazing food in a perfect venue. They really have transformed this building into the most amazing restaurant. The service is some of the best we’ve ever experienced. We had some brilliant recommendations on food and wine and I can’t thank the team enough for a wonderful evening.
