The Fox & Pheasant is a little “country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea. The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)!     The staff were sooo accomodating.. we had booked for 3 people, but then had to change to 5 at last minute.. witht the restaurant at full capacity, they offered us the lounge area where they moved 2 tables together and accomodated us. Great service, food & cocktails.. definitely, will return back.

    Charming and efficient service. We ordered the set “Experience” menu to save time. It was all delicious but the crusted chicken was a little dry. The room we were in was very cold but staff responded to our complaint and heating improved. The restaurant is stunningly decorated from floor to ceiling! The music was very loud 70s disco, so great for a party meal, not for a romantic evening.
