- JJohnVIPDenver / Colorado •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a 5-star experience at Meredia! We were celebrating both Valentine’s Day and our wedding anniversary. Amazing view of the sunset made for the perfect romantic backdrop. Indiana was our server and her upbeat personality definitely delivered the aloha. We followed her food recommendations, which were tailored to our gluten-free dietary needs, and enjoyed a wonderful meal featuring scallops for my wife and paella for me. Afterwards we shared an absolutely fantastic cheesecake for dessert. Five stars across the board- highly recommended!More infoMeridiaPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Kohala Coast•4.6
- MMickeyVIPChicago / Illinois •32 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis kitchen prepares amazing and unique dishes. We have been diners here since Alan Wong was the chef and the current menu meet that standard. The lobster tempura is reminiscent of Allan, prepared slightly differently, but just as delicious. The radish salad is an absolute must. We also feel that the garlic fried rice is the perfect compliment, to your protein of choice. It is definitely hard to beat the setting and the entire staff is absolutely outstanding and they work perfectly in unison to provide amazing service. He will definitely feel the Aloha Spirit at the Canoe House.More infoCanoeHousePrice: Very Expensive• Creative Japanese• Kamuela•4.7
- GGeorgeVIPSeattle / Eastern Washington •15 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoMy wife and I had a very nice dinner at The Copper Bar. Her Mahi was better than my Butterfish. The view is dramatic because of the high ceilings. The waitress did a good job, but had a lot of tables to manage. The singer and hula dancer were excellent. Although we think Meridian and Manta are superior, we certainly had a nice time.More infoCopper Bar at Mauna KeaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Kohala Coast•4.5
- PPamelaDallas - Fort Worth •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoMeal was outstanding from start to finish! The tomato appetizer was unbelievably good. Ahi as usual was outstanding and the Duo and my scallops and shrimp wow! The show stopper was the mushroom soufflé - so so good and bread used with the sauce crazy yummy. Apologize I don’t remember our servers name but her enthusiasm and spot on meal suggestions was so perfect. We’ve eaten at Merrimans for years, but every time we are there in Waimea it’s perfect t in every way!More infoMerriman's – Waimea – Big IslandPrice: Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Kamuela•4.9
