At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared.     We went for brunch and loved our entire meal. We shared the beignets and had old- fashioneds and shrub life to drink, all which delicious! For our mains, we had the barn burger, the porcini mushroom burger, the fig flatbread and the tomato and burrata. All the food was served at the right temperature and tasted amazing. So happy we got to experience this and look forward to recommending it to others and coming back soon.

    We had our anniversary dinner here. GREAT food!!!! I could eat just off the appetizer menu options!! (Maybe next time :-). Last night, We had lobster ravioli and then sauce with mussels, clams, scallops, shrimp….! Service is very quick…as soon as I finished my ice tea, someone was there with a new one (like they read my mind!!). We felt their prices are very good and we will eat there again soon! Thank You!!!

    Sat on back patio with wonderful view of the golf course. Service was prompt and excellent. We had fish and chips and pork chop along with deviled eggs and cocktails. Definitely will be back.
