The one-hitters, Surf + Turf and Brisket, were exceptional. Don’t miss those two! The Salmon Ceviche and Okra + Shishitos were spot on as usual. We rounded out our meal with a hand-made masa, Chorizo Molotes, which was delicious. Nice crunch on the masa, stuffed with chorizo and refried beans and served with warm salsa roja. The atmosphere was cozy and festive at the same time. To add to the fun, the restaurant was tastefully decorated for the holidays. We’ll definitely be back. A “go-to” restaurant for us. The food and service never disappoints.More infoEl Carlos ElegantePrice: Expensive• American• West Dallas•4.8

It’s hard to have a conversation unless you are within inches of someone.More infoThe Henry - DallasPrice: Moderate• American• Dallas-Ft. Worth (DFW) Corridor•4.7
- JJuanDallas - Fort Worth •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoThe Steak was very yummy , best steak I’ve ever tasted in my life, it was the 22oz bone in cowboy ribeye, Japanese A5 waygu was otherworldly delicious it was hands down the best meat I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating , Randle was very friendly and courteous and super respectful I absolutely loved him, the water was nice and cold and tasty , overall it was a pleasant experience but it was a tad bit too cold inside , overall the cold did not hinder my dining experience today , 10/10 will most definitely come again mhm.More infoPerry's Steakhouse & Grille - Park DistrictPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Uptown•4.7
- BBKDallas - Fort Worth •17 reviews5.0Dined 7 days ago⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our experience at The Charles was nothing short of exceptional! Jonathan greeted us at Bar Charles, setting the tone with perfectly crafted cocktails and a welcoming atmosphere. From there, we were escorted to the main restaurant, where Chris took outstanding care of us at Table 12 (hands down, the best seat in the house!). The team truly impressed us—Rome, another fantastic server, and Nathan, the manager, stopped by to ensure everything was perfect. The food? Absolutely divine. The pasta was heavenly, the branzino fish perfectly cooked, the polenta creamy and flavorful, and the profiteroles were the ideal sweet finish. This was a 10/10 dining experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend The Charles for anyone looking for an unforgettable evening!More infoThe CharlesPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Italian• West Dallas•4.8
