Best Gluten Free Restaurants in Mundelein

This is our favorite spot for a number of reasons. Namely the staff and the service. Sure the food is great. Cocktails are wonderful. But the staff in the star of the show. Always welcoming. Always courteous. They really are what makes the experience at Mickey Finns great each and every time. In my humble opinion no other bar/restaurant in Libertyville hold a candle to Mickey Finns in this regard. Thank you. Appreciate you. See you around the way soon.

Great evening on Austin’s patio with it’s lovely fireplace on a cold, snowy night. Polite, attentive server and staff even on a crazy busy Friday night. We enjoyed spinach dip app and fajitas, and of course Friday fish special never disappoints.

Our waitress couldn’t have been better!!! All of the waitstaff was exceptional… The Pork Chop Bites appetizer was so good - I think I’ll have to order the pork chop entree next time. The medium-rare Crusted Prime Rib (Thursday Special) was wonderful. Loved the Grilled Brussel Sprouts side and the Banana Foster deserves a 15 out of 10! It is flamed at the table, it looks HUGE, and I was left wanting more when I was finished [almost licked the plate ;-)]. Excellent dark roast coffee that could be tamed with cream or sugar, but black is perfect with dessert. We arrived at 7:30 with the restaurant 1/3 occupied, and the noise was unbelievable! I could hardly hear my guest and waitress. By 8:15, it was getting easier to hear across the table, and by 9:00 the noise level was relaxing. Poor acoustical design of the building? Be prepared for $130+/per person without drinks… The food experience is worth the splurge on a special occasion!

Food is really good. Great unique options you wouldn’t expect from a brewery. Great beer selection. There are good cocktails as well if you don’t like beer. Good location but decor and layout is odd.

Wonderful as always! This time we chose O’Tooles for a casual family “early dinner” together with our dog’s birthday. Everything was great and the pup cup with a candle at the end of our dinner made our dog’s day even more special :)
