Best Gluten Free Restaurants in Burr Ridge

It was very busy so thank goodness we had a reservation. I recommend always making a reservation anyway. I had the parmesan crusted mahi mahi and my friend had a cheeseburger. We both thought our meals were delicious. Between that and the pretzel bread that is served complimentary, we were so full afterward. We also got a bottle of the rhubarb wine to share. It has a unique flavor. It's a sweet wine but not overly sweet. I felt it was a perfect accompaniment to my mahi mahi. The noise level was higher than usual due to the large crowd but overall it was a very pleasant evening.

Our waitress, I believe, Jessica was her name , was exceptional. Not only did she provide courteous service, but her candid , informed recommendations were insightful, given our previous experiences at Coopershawk! The new Abrillante, International wine was a perfect accompaniment to the decadent chef’s cheesecake recommendation! A bottle is now waiting patiently in my refrigerator waiting to be uncorked! THEY CONTINUE TO MAKE SHRIMP WITH LOBSTER SAUCE FOR ME, EVEN THOUGH IT'S BEEN TAKEN OFF THE MENU. PLEASE PUT IT BACK ON. MY SERVER , BAILEY, SAID IT'S REQUESTED OFTEN. BAILEY SUPPLIED ME WITH REFILLS ON MY DRINK WITHOUT ME HAVING TO ASK. THAT IS MY DEFINITION OF GREAT SERVICE.

This was our first time - decided to go someplace new for Christmas Eve. Everything we had was absolutely outstanding. The Godfather Old Fashioneds, hot, fresh bread, polenta with meatballs for appetizer, Pollo Positano and Giambotta Alla Toscana entrees accompanied by a glass of Saldo Red Blend. Absolute perfection - can't wait to go back.

The restaurant was very busy, but still accommodating, wait staff very friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.
