- AAndreaWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoMy sister and I had an amazing Thanksgiving experience here. We ordered the Filet and Tail and we could not have been any happier. Victor took great care of us and ensured we had all that we needed and more. He was kind, attentive, and recommended items to us to try. My steak was cooked perfectly along with my lobster tail, but the Rockefeller Oysters stole the show. The ambiance was decadent, much like the delicious sweet potato pecan pie. I enjoyed the seasonal gin and tonic, while my sister delighted over the Bourbon Smash---the bartender did not disappoint. I did not catch her name, but we chatted for a few about various gins and bourbons. Although this was a busy day for the staff, they handled it with grace and the kitchen staff--- I mean, they really showed out. Not a dirty plate to be noted, portion sizes were consistent with the price, and special care and attention to plating was noticed. I will certainly return! If you get the chance, ask for Victor. - MMichaelWisconsin •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoExcellent Indian flavors with modern techniques and fusions. I came with a friend from Delhi, and it was truly a treat to experience each course from both a new perspective, but also to have my friend speak to how the ingredients they use were common fare from his childhood, and praising how they elevated these humble staples to new heights. The cocktails pack a major wow factor with the presentation, and the flavors are excellent. Service was great, and on par with the Michelin rating. Complements to the chef, who was so kind to meet us in person despite the heavy prep his team had ahead of Thanksgiving!!!More infoRania DCPrice: Very Expensive• Indian• Penn Quarter•4.7

Stunning visuals and amazing staff that went over and above to accommodate us with a hearing impaired person. The food was uneven but I suspect they will work that out. This is the grand restaurant that DC hasn’t seen in awhile and I can’t wait to go back. Good bar prices at happy hour too. I loved it!!More infoLa Grande Boucherie - DCPrice: Very Expensive• French• Washington•4.5

Went there with my wife for our anniversary and although there is not a place for a candlelit dinner, the staff did their best to accommodate us with crafted dessert items with simulated candles in the bar/dessert lounge. Thank you to Eric, Kinga, and Andrew for making the night even more spectacular. Will definitely return when I’m back in the states.More infoJôntPrice: Very Expensive• French / Japanese• U Street Corridor•4.8
