- GGrahamLondon •32 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoAnother outstanding tasting menu at lunch time. My table of three was delighted with every delicious course, served by charming staff in a very light and comfortable restaurant with beautiful decor. It could not be faulted. Very much equivalent to a two star restaurant but bizarrely TFT does not appear on the list at all - seems strange with all the plaudits that this French restaurant receives.More infoThe French TablePrice: Very Expensive• Modern European• Surbiton•4.9
- JJaneLondon •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoWe had a great evening in Trinca - 5 of us seated at the bar and we tried half a dozen different items off the menu, plus the most amazing lemon cake with Italian meringue. The menu here changes regularly, and the risotto and pasta are always outstanding, but we have enjoyed everything we have ordered each visit. This is a great restaurant - the food is incredible and it is great value for money. The staff are always friendly and attentive, it is well worth a visit.More infoTrincaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Kingston upon Thames•4.9
- JJonathanLondon •1 review5.0Dined on 27 Dec 2024Food is fantastic. Probably closer to 2 Michelin Star than it is to no stars. Quiet dining room, but nice warm cosy fire, and very friendly front of house. Set Menu also fantastic value, considering the quality and tase of the food, and the effort that goes into it.More infoThe Dysart PetershamPrice: Very Expensive• British• Richmond•4.8
- GGaryWest Sussex •3 reviews5.0Dined on 20 Dec 2024A Perfect Post-Dog-Walk Spot! We visited The Blue Ball in Walton on the Hill after a lovely dog walk, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. There were four of us and four dogs, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a walk. The food was absolutely fantastic—clearly made with care and attention to detail. It’s not every day you find a pub that excels at both great food and a friendly vibe! A special mention goes to the manager, an Irish gentleman I recognized from a visit the year before. I didn’t catch his name, but he’s absolutely first class—fantastic with both customers and his team. His leadership clearly shines through, as both the waitresses and waiters were superb, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. The staff’s friendliness extended to our furry companions too, making it a truly dog-friendly spot. If you’re in the area, whether for a walk or just a good meal, I couldn’t recommend The Blue Ball highly enough.More infoThe Blue BallPrice: Moderate• British• Tadworth•4.2
