- KKenVIPLos Angeles •85 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoThe service was excellent; our server, Oscar, was great! We were surprised that it was a special menu (I’ll assume responsibility for not asking the question, but I don’t recall seeing anything on Open Table about a special menu). That was fine (although somewhat disappointing because there was no Bolognese on the menu), but based on the pricing it appeared there was a desire to take advantage of the Valentine’s Day “holiday”. Won’t keep us from coming back, but not the best experience.More infoVigilucci's Trattoria ItalianaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Encinitas•4.7
- GGuyLos Angeles •16 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoA wonderful experience! Went with my wife to Valentine’s Day. She was immediately charmed by the relaxed ambience and then blown away by the five-course meal. The ingredients and taste combinations were delicious. I don’t drink so they paired each course with perfect no-alcoholic drinks . My wife’s food was paired with very interesting alcoholic beverages which enhanced her courses. Staff was excellent: smart, down-to-earth and attentive. Highly Recommended!More infoJeune et JoliePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French• Carlsbad•4.9

We had one of the best tables in the house and the chef’s special was a great value for me and my dining partner. Ambiance, sunset views, and delicious food and drinks.More infoPonto Lago - Park Hyatt AviaraPrice: Very Expensive• Californian• Carlsbad•4.7
- JJayVIPLos Angeles •10 reviews5.0Dined on 8 Feb 2025I love this hotel ! The decor is absolutely beautiful at the Fairmont Grande! The Amaya is in the hotel. We were there on a Friday night. I couldn't believe how uncrowded it was. If you like quiet, uncrowded elegance and delicious food this is a go-to. The Amaya is a beautiful restaurant. My only critique is that the lighting could have been just a little dimmer to enhance the romantic feel of the restaurant. Otherwise I love everything about this hotel. Even the decor in the restroom is a work of art.More infoAmaya at Fairmont Grand Del MarPrice: Very Expensive• French• Carmel Valley•4.1
