- GGreggSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined todayNostrana is an outstanding restaurant. The dining room and bar are quite beautiful and nicely furnished with quality design elements. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. The food was delicious with generous portions. We shared the wonderful Insalata Nostrana with radicchio, Parmesan Cheese, Caesar dressing and rosemary & sage croutons. For our Primi course we had the Gigli Pasta which was delightful and our Secondo course was the Mushroom stuffed Idaho Trout with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. The trout was perfectly fried and deboned and, was topped by a generous dollop of black truffle butter which made it a very special dish. Nostrana is what a fine dining Italian Restaurant should aspire to. We’ll be back!More infoNostranaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Southeast Portland•4.7

Add to that the best waitstaff I’ve seen in a long time and you’re in for a great night out.More infoLe PigeonPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Southeast Portland•4.8
- AAngelPortland / Oregon •3 reviews5.0Dined on 28 Dec 2024The food, the people, the drinks, you can’t go wrong. Your dining experience can be adventurous or safe with lots of well known options and maybe something you’ve never tried before, but it’s all made with love and care. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door and are taken care of right up until you leave. One of my favorite restaurants in Portland.More infoMagna KusinaPrice: Moderate• Filipino• Southeast Portland•4.9
- JJamesSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined on 28 Dec 2024Avanti is my go to happy high end restaurant. The servers and owners are wonderful people, the food is always amazing, and they actually likely could charge more than they do for the quality. They have a diverse menu in the classic American style with strong French and Italian influences on many dishes and the sides with various entrees are always beyond surprising in their flavor. Mark’s crab cakes are probably the best you will ever have in your life and if you are there when they have mushroom soup available it is an absolute must.More infoAvantiPrice: Very Expensive• Northwest• West Linn•4.8
