Students who work in the on-campus restaurant are passionate about seeking a profession in the industry and are looking for real-world experience to prepare them for that future job.Each of our professional chefs who work in the kitchen with students has at least over a decade of experience in the field, and some have multiple decades. Jason Marsh and Bill Leib have worked in a variety of culinary settings: restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses for events with thousands of people in attendance. They also bring a love of various cuisines and cooking styles, from Chef Bill’s Asian cuisine specialty to Chef Jason’s enjoyment of Southern Style cooking.     Wow oh wow what an amazing culinary and dining experience! David our server was phenomenal! He deserves a gold star for his attention to detail and on point recommendations! He was very attentive with his service for our birthday celebration which included a complimentary dessert and champagne for the table. There was even a birthday card and confetti on the table. David took a group photo and printed it for us and put it in a photo card as a memory for us. We had the most amazing experience and can’t wait to go back! Brian, a manager, stopped by our table as well and talked with us about the restaurant and area, and was very interactive. The best service and food we’ve had at a restaurant in Oklahoma thus far!

    We tried this steakhouse tonight for the first time. It was one of the best steaks I’ve had. All of our food was very good. We go to lots of different steakhouses and this one will be placed toward the top. The owner Bill stopped by our table to ask house everything was and it was very nice. We ended up having a nice conversation with him! We will definitely be back! Thanks for the wonderful dinner.

    Our first visit to Symmetry and it did not disappoint. We loved that all of the the steaks are from Oklahoma farms. Everything we ordered was fantastic. The service and drinks were also top notch
