Lovely restaurant friendly staff and excellent food. We have been several times and never been disappointed

Had a gourmet experience (bought as a Christmas present for hubby). Wow! Cocktails fab, nibbles amazing, starters and mains incredibly generous. Desert one of the best ever (treacle tart). No room for our cheese course so staff kindly said we could have it next time we visit. Service here is always exemplary and having familiar faces to serve us is a bonus.

We dined on a Saturday lunchtime and ordered from the fixed price menu at £27.95 for 3 courses. Very good value as the food was delicious and the service was excellent. It was relatively quiet so food came out in a timely manner. The venue itself is lovely and the decor is a touch of class. Would definitely visit again.

Fantastic night, food was absolutely stunning and delicious and we enjoyed the wine pairing too! Thrilled with atmosphere and service was second to none! Thank you Team at Peace & Loaf! We’ll be back again no doubt!

Superb evening, the food was outstanding and the waitress was friendly, incredibly attentive and very knowledgeable. It was a lovely surprise to receive an anniversary card as well, a fantastic touch.
