My wife and daughter each had the cedar plank salmon which were perfectly prepared and delicious. My grandson dug into his butter noodles with aplomb. I chose to try something other than my usual delight, blackened Chilean sea bass, and went for the filet with the Sunday topper of snow crab. I was a terrific choice.
