- NNiaSouth Wales •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe really enjoyed our evening. Your staff are fantastic. Chu’s customer service was outstanding. He was excellent and very helpful. He was also extremely attentive. He really made our experience enjoyable. He explained every course so well and was a really lovely server. He made our meal very relaxing and an enjoyable experience. We also then had a drink at the bar and Kuba deserves a special mention for making my partner a special birthday surprise with his drink of dry ice. He was also very knowledgeable on the menu and very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a lovely evening. Your staff are what make the experience worth it even more so than the food and they are invaluable.More infoThe Ivy Asia, CardiffPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Asian• Cardiff•4.5

- CCourtenayDevon •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoEverything was incredible. Staff were lovely and very attentive and could have a laugh. It’s very relaxed and there was a lovely anniversary card waiting for us when we arrived which we thought was incredibly thoughtful. The food was amazing from starters to dessert. No faults, we would 100% recommend and will definitely visit again. Thank you to all the staff that made our anniversary meal so wonderful.More infoThe Tartan Fox by Adam HandlingPrice: Expensive• British• Newquay•4.8
- AAaronCornwall •2 reviews5.0Dined on 19 Nov 2024The Longstore is a beautiful venue, with friendly staff, quick and efficient service, phenomenal food and a lovely location on Charlestown Harbour. We went for my wife's birthday, and she was offered a free glass of prosecco on arrival. 3 members of staff wished her a happy birthday, and took our drink order straight away. The menu is varied, the specials were actually special, and the menu was varied. We had a 1.2kg porterhouse steak which was cooked to perfection, the 2 accompanying sides were delicious and not too large. Between the two of us, it was a perfect sized portion. The toilet facilities were clean and presentable, and easy to find. The tables were clean and well laid out, and the room was comfortably warm. We can't comment on the dessert menu as we didn't have room! However I'm sure they were as impressive as the main meal. The prices were reasonable for the level of service and quality of food, and we left incredibly satisfied. We will definitely be returning again, especially for a special occasion. Overall I would say one of the best eateries in north cornwall, with parking nearby and a beautiful location for a quick stroll around the harbour or onto the beach to get some fresh air and digest our meal. Cannot recommend highly enough. Just book a table online through their easy to use system and away you go!More infoThe Longstore, CharlestownPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• St. Austell•4.6

Great wines to choose from to accompany the food and a very attentive team on hand. And the fact that you get such a high standard venue which is also v dog friendly means 5 stars all the way. We'll be back!More infoPorthminster Beach CaféPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• St Ives•4.6
