Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Dublin

Fantastic food and service! We started out with drinks at the bar and then moved to our table once it was ready. Starters were deviled eggs, crab cakes and two plates of oysters Rockefeller- which were outstanding! All three of us had steaks: a NY strip, a 20oz porterhouse and an 8oz filet mignon. A few bottles of California Pinot Noir and a few cocktails as well. Our server did a great job of guiding us and pointing out details that helped us with our menu selections. My two guests - both visiting for work from So California - were incredibly impressed with the entire dining experience. Great job.

Was very impressed with the food and drinks and ambience. The server was excellent and we had a great time. It was a little louder than expected but that is the only tiny thing I can think of or maybe my hearing is going bad LOL!

Beautifully done steaks, delicious sides of sprouts, puréed potatoes and baked potato, and, of course, their signature cheese cake that cannot be beat! Our server, Christian, was attentive, a good conversationalist and knew the menu inside and out!

Dined at Eddie Merlot’s restaurant for our wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect. Seated immediately (had reservation), hostess staff were friendly. The meal experience was first class…our server was experienced, and his attentiveness to us was exceptional. Food, drinks and desert was excellent. We always go back for these reasons.

My friends and I all tried this place when they first opened and we could not wait for them to change their menu to go back. This is our 2nd time dining at Haru and just like our first experience, the service was exceptional, the quality of fish was extremely fresh, the chef created the flavors that once again complimented the fish very well. Each piece is full of flavor and enticing you for more. Only regret is not taking pictures worthy of posting since all of us were hungry and could not wait to eat. Already made plans to go back again before their next menu change in 6-8 weeks.
