- BBrendaVIPCincinnati / Dayton •56 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe absolutely loved our meal at Alara. We had the focaccia with a salad and then the pasta with the lobster and the other one was the pasta with the shrimp. They were both excellently prepared. The service was very good and very attentive I’ve been there before, but we will definitely go back again .More infoAlaraPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Oakley•4.6

The food was excellent as it always is at the Precinct. I had the boneless ribeye, my wife a filet with bearnaise sauce, and my daughters had the salmon. Everyone was happy with their choices and we had a wonderful evening. Looking forward to the next time we have an opportunity to go to a Jeff Ruby restaurant.More infoThe PrecinctPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Hyde Park•4.8

- SSusanVIPColumbus •3 reviews4.0Dined 5 days agoThe beet salad was delicious and enough to share. The green salad also looked nice and fresh. The Walleye was very good but both mine and my husbands were just lukewarm. The lobster pot pie got good, but not great, reviews from our guests (and it should have been great for the price). The twin filets were very good and done perfectly medium rare. The most disappointing thing about the experience was that the salads and entrees all came out together - the exact same time. The waitress said that sometimes happens when the kitchen gets backed up? It should never happen. And we got there at 5:15pm (my dad is 93 so we eat early!) so nothing should have been backed up. We did request sitting upstairs which was a great choice for older people - pretty quiet. Net, a good enough experience that I would go back.More infoEmeryPrice: Moderate• American• Mariemont•4.7
- MMikeVIPCincinnati / Dayton •14 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI had made reservations months before and at the beginning of the week of our reservation, they announced the restaurant was permanently closing the night we were to be there. I was a bit concerned that the menu would be limited but the full menu was available. As I had previously heard, the food and service was fantastic. We had ordered the bbq chicken, pasta with scallops, ricotta bread and some drinks. The atmosphere was excellent and despite them permanently closing that evening, it felt like everyone wanted Red Feather to go out on top.More infoThe Red Feather KitchenPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Hyde Park•4.8
