Perfect relaxed Caribbean vibe, overlooking the water, casual-but-nice style. Good food.

Nice setting facing the beach at Limetree Resort. There used to be lights on the beach which gave a nice evening view, but there were no lights on when we were there. Service was acceptable. Lanai salad was delicious, generous portion. Chicken fettucine was very good. Poke bowl with tuna was good, but there was not a lot of tuna, and the tuna could have used a little extra seasoning. Overall, a nice place for dinner.

My daughter and I each had the 7 course tasting and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. So unique and well done! Sit at the chef’s table and enjoy watching the food prep - awesome!

10/10 - Best Dining Experience on St. Thomas! Hands down, this was the best restaurant we ate at during our entire stay on St. Thomas, and we ate at quite a few top spots! From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place was something special, and it didn’t disappoint in any way. Service: The staff here are incredible. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service throughout the meal, they made us feel like VIPs. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. It’s clear that they take pride in providing an unforgettable dining experience, and it really shows. Food: Now, let's talk about the food—WOW! Every dish we tried was absolutely outstanding. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The seafood was some of the best we’ve ever had, and you can tell everything is locally sourced and made with love. My husband and I made a reservation at Isla Blue while staying at the Morningstar Buoy Haus. Don’t question it! This restaurant exceeded all expectations. Food was cooked perfect! Don’t miss out on the Gyoza appetizer! Shout out to El Gin (hope I’m spelling it right) for the amazing service and the laughs! He definitely made sure we taken care of! Thank you!
