From cleaning bushels of raw tomatoes to jarring the sauce with fresh basil there was always enough made so you never left Sunday dinner hungry. Every year its always the best dinner! I bring my staff for our after Christmas Christmas celebration for the past 30 years and we are never disappointed. This year we added a new dish their special ....it was chicken on top of spinach with peppers and cheese and roasted potato in a piccata sauce, simply delicious!!! And of course we saw " our Ralph" for many years we enjoy his smile and his welcoming deameanor, Ralph is one of a kind!!! ❤️

Our family loves valdari!! It is me and my boyfriends go to date night spot at least once a week. And we bring our entire family for dinner pretty frequently too. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The food is fresh and delicious and the drinks are top notch! The ambiance is classy but laid back and family friendly as well. We are Italian and this is authentic delicious Italian food. We recommend this restaurant to everyone and anyone!
