- DDanVIPHouston •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoGreat dining experience! Visited restaurant twice in the past week….first for business lunch then returned today with my wife. Food is outstanding and service is impeccable. Eclectic but not overly expansive menu. Everything done to perfection.More infoHudson House - River OaksPrice: Moderate• American• River Oaks•4.7
- JJa’NaeHouston •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoAfter having a bad experience at another restaurant, my mom and I tried this place based on a recommendation. All though it was crowded (Friday night) we were almost immediately seated in the back with a candle for ambiance. As it was our first time to the restaurant, the server kindly guided us to the most popular dishes and informed us MULTIPLE times to start with Thai Mild (or no spice!) as it was authentic Thai food and the heat was no joke. So we heeded the warning and ordered Tom Yum Soup Shrimp for an appetizer, which came in a cute burner holder, Pad See Ew with Pork, and Crispy Pork Belly which was Devine and the sticky rice was a nice touch! I am pregnant so I ordered a Moscow mule mock-tail, which was awesome! The great thing about this place is that the dishes are meant to be shared and the portions are healthy! My mom and I only needed two dishes! Thank you again for the great service and making us feel welcome! We will definitely be back!More infoStreet To KitchenPrice: Expensive• Thai• East End•4.7

- DDacquesNew Orleans / Louisiana •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoLovely ambience to dine in with fresh foods which define the experience are only in competition with the genuine air of hospitality in the attentive service. Trust the staff to guide your selections if unfamiliar with the Persian offerings. And while I’m not a man of favorites… two appetizers are a must. Grilled Shrimp: garlic, black pepper, saffron, jalapeno feta cream sauce. Extraordinary. Kibbeh Nayyeh (Lamb Tartare). Unknown to my experience prior to Rumi’s. Stunning dish enjoyed with raw onion and juice of lime… Wauw.More infoRumi's Kitchen - HoustonPrice: Expensive• Persian• Galleria / Uptown•4.8
- CChereeHouston •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoGreat experience... delicious food..service was excellent. We were placed in room off of main dining room where it was quieter. Main dining room was a little noisy. So we appreciated the quieter room. The only thing I would say that could have been better is that the bread served was NOT already in small slices.... You kinda had to tear off a piece and it was not USER friendly.. They could take a lesson from Landry's Seafood Restaurant in how to serve the bread at the table. Other than that, all was outstanding. We had the octopus appetizer....the BEST octopus appetizer I have ever had and we have tried MANY. The steak was perfect and the salmon was outstanding! The valet parking is kinda tricky...cuz it is on McKinney city street and with a lot of traffic, the valet area really tends to "bottle neck"....so better to go really early or really late for dinner... We definitely will be back. Cheree K. Lake Jackson , TXMore infoPappas Bros. Steakhouse - DowntownPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.8
