- JJuan PablovipSan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoA dream-like setting with fantastic food and excellent service. After being welcomed we entered a gorgeous patio with magnificent smells of herbs and sandalwood. The quality of the ingredients is evident with every single bite: the sweetness of the tomatoes, the creaminess of the burrata, the crispiness of the bread. We all ordered pasta and every plate was delicious. Do be aware that pasta plates are quite large. The wine list is good and they are really cold and served on a cold glass. Finally, the signature service of Mexico shows at every step. A true gem!More infoSAGEPrice: Expensive• Regional Mexican (Baja Med)• San José del Cabo•4.7

- NNancyvipAustin •13 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoFrom the moment we entered Omakai we just knew we were going to have a fabulous evening and dinner. The welcoming we received and the ambience set the mood immediately. And the rest did not disappoint. To begin with the service was spot on and knowledge of menu and libations made our selections for the evening perfection. The menu was interesting which made our selections harder because we wanted everything. The crispy rice cakes with fatty tuna tartare melted in your mouth. It was so good we had a second one for dessert. LOL. All of the fish was as fresh as if it just came off the boat. My husband and I have dined in many sushi restaurants around the world and Omakai ranks among the best.More infoOMAKAI SUSHIPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese Speciality• San José del Cabo•4.7

Centered around its kitchen, the restaurant is beautiful and you can see the care that goes into your meal firsthand. The sourdough and beets appetizers were amazing, and we loved the steak and sea bass. - MMelindavipNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined on 8 Nov 2024We typically go to Seared at Palmilla for steak. This trip we came here as a recommendation. Needless to say, we will not be going back to Seared. The steak here is AMAZING. The filet was cooked perfectly both times (we’ve already been here twice in three days…) - for reference I eat my steak medium rare. The crabcakes to start are delicious. As is the clam chowder. The sides creamed spinach and asparagus are absolutely delicious. The ambience here in their beautifully lit garden with live music (one night the mariachi band did an incredible rendition of Hotel California and Black Magic Woman from Santana. Incredible. Tonight is a guitarist/singer playing acoustic who is wonderful and the perfect amount of background music with a great combination of English and Spanish songs that you easily know. Overall just the perfect dining experience!!More infoGarden Steakhouse by TequilaPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• San José del Cabo•4.7
