Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Joule, the mature sibling to Yang and Chirchi’s restaurant, Revel, highlights Korea’s love of beef featuring unconventional cuts accompanied by distinctive and shareable side dishes.Joule takes reservations for 1.75-3 hour time slots (depending on party size). We loved The Shambles from the minute we walked in and now we continue the heritage of what was created before us. On the food side: high quality steaks, cut in house.     Wonderful brunch and great service. Nice interior, our table had french toast, shrimp and grits and A. eggs Benedict. All was tasty. 😋 Love the French 77. Would definitely come back. Great place before or after a Kraken game.

    Absolutely fantastic meal. It’s been awhile since we visited, and they’ve only refined the overall experience since then. Only small complaint is that I got a glass of wine that tasted off, but our server was understanding about it and took it off the bill. Looking forward to going back!

    Everything we had was outstanding. The new cabbage salad was unusual but refreshing. The pasta and risotto were better than I have had in great places in Italy. The server was knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly loved working there. And the desserts were delicious. Finally I will say they now make their own bread and it was excellent.
