Best Family Style Restaurants in Mandalay Bay Resort

Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Dumplings are a must. The Mac n’ Cheese wasn’t very good in my opinion, it’s more dry than creamy/ cheesy. I also really liked the Thai Shrimp. Staff was very kind and welcoming. I’d recommend sharing 3 items for 2 people.

Amazing Food & Exceptional Service at Carmine’s! We had an incredible dining experience at Carmine’s! The food was absolutely amazing—we ordered the clam white sauce pasta, which was rich and flavorful, and the tartufi dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. The service was top-notch, especially from the general manager who personally took care of us. Despite the restaurant being packed for Valentine’s Day, the staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had a great experience. Our food did take a little while to arrive, but given how busy it was, we completely understand. We are definitely coming back and can’t wait to bring our friends and family to try this place out. Highly recommend Carmine’s for anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding service!

Hands down best restaurant in Vegas, hamachi is my favorite appetizer (get two if you have more than two people it’s the best) mushroom truffle rice is out of this world so rich in flavor. I would say the most life changing thing on the menu is the coconut dessert

We had breakfast here on Sunday before the Raiders game. Food and service were both good. Good atmosphere too. I would def eat here again.
