Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our time here. Thank you, Colwyn, and the entire team at Nightingale for such a memorable experience. We’ll be back! Excellent service, great food, I love my steak and lobster, they serve it in perfect temperature. Great ambience. Highly recommended for a date😊. Definitely we’ll comeback with some friends. Great live music. We enjoyed our dinner. Very will oriented servers.

Alex was the best. Also. It seemed like we were seated next to ex employees and newly promoted employees. It was great.

The waitress was impatient when we still need time to order. The manager was nice and helpful, giving us suggestions on the choices. The oyster was fine and fresh. The octopus was great! The salmon was very soft.

Beautiful - brought family here from Europe, they all loved so much, cocktails and N/A - excellent choices. So hard to choose what everyone’s favourite was, but the gnocchi, ravioli, and bolognese were to die for!! Tiramisu & panna cotta were the perfect end to a beautiful meal with family
