Best Family Style Restaurants in Downtown / Old Market

Shrimp scampi with angel hair pasta and a side salad Veal Milanese with angel hair pasta and side of minestrone soup. Generous portions, incredible fresh pasta. Bread served with ricotta butter. We had a reservation , seated promptly and excellent service !’ Italian food at its best. We will return.

We had an amazing meal! The standouts were definitely the yellowtail crudo and the sausage stuffed figs. Some of the best bites in Omaha! We also had the 4 spread sampler plate, and the labmeh is amazing. Our Branzino was overcooked, but still very flavorful and enjoyable. The crispy potatoes were nice as well. I would highly recommend their Sangria to pair with the meal. So many wonderful flavors! We will definitely be back

This is one of the best restaurants to romantically take your partner too. I had one of the best dinners I’ve ever had in my life and my waiter was very nice and on point and made sure that we were stacked with drinks and appetizers. I would totally recommend anybody to go to this place at any given time. It doesn’t even have to be Valentine’s Day like when I went. Five out of five totally would come back. We’ll be back. Thank you so much guys.

Had a wonderful dining experience for Valentine's Day, dinner. Had to increase the reservation a few days prior and 801 graciously accommodated. When we arrived, we received a friendly greeting and were seated promptly. Our main server was extremely friendly, fun, and knowledgeable about every item we asked about on the menu. The serving team that assisted were also very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. There were 4 people in our party & everything we ordered tasted absolutely amazing! The family style sides were definitely a great choice, so we could all try different things and not a single option disappointed! I highly recommend 801 Chophouse for any special occasion! My only regret is that the cost is on the higher end, at least for my budget. And I wish I could frequent this wonderful restaurant more often!

Had an excellent Valentine dinner experience! Food outstanding and the quiet vibe was appreciated our service was excellent and it was nice to not be rushed.
