The Harwood Arms re-opened in September 2008 after some much needed refurbishment. The staff were sooo accomodating.. we had booked for 3 people, but then had to change to 5 at last minute.. witht the restaurant at full capacity, they offered us the lounge area where they moved 2 tables together and accomodated us. Great service, food & cocktails.. definitely, will return back.

Been meaning to go to the Harwood Arms for ages - managed to get a booking for my husband’s birthday. Exceptional food, meaty, rich and delicious. Lovely, relaxed, unpretentiousness ambience in a refreshingly old-fashioned pub atmosphere. Surprisingly reasonably priced. Will definitely go again.
