Best Dog Friendly Restaurants in Gravesend

We usually go to our local pub in Kidbrooke for our Christmas meal, but having been to The Hare and Billet on several occasions for an excellent Sunday roast, we thought we would give it a go this year and we were not disappointed. We pre-ordered our food from their set menu along with a couple of glasses of champagne. We felt welcome upon arrival and the table was ready. The champagne came out very promptly followed by starters which were delicious. The mains and desserts were also served promptly and tasted great. The chips we had ordered were a bit odd but didn’t detract from the overall experience. I really appreciate the service, which is always confident and direct, the guys know how to do their jobs properly and are up for a chat. Would recommend and will return.

Our first visit, had a gorgeous 2 course lunch, very reasonably priced. Table was lovely with view of river. All the staff were friendly, the service was great. The lunch was very tasty and a good portion. Would highly recommend this restaurant and we can't wait to go back.

Party of four enjoyed the Festive menu, superb food and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were excellent and very attentive. We will definitely be returning as we have been here on a couple of occasions now and have always found the food and staff to be first class.
