- MmartinBerkshire •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe went for an early dinner and it was nice to see the pub so busy early. We weren’t in a hurry and there were some big celebratory tables but the staff were unfazed. Lovely welcome, order taken when we wanted, absolutely no rush. Food and drink were excellent. Could not fault. This is not the cheapest place but you get what you pay for.More infoThe Greene OakPrice: Expensive• British• Windsor•4.7
- AAndyLas Vegas •10 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoFrom initial greeting to seating you’re given a warm welcome. Drinks orders are taken and then your left to enjoy the ambience of the restaurant. Snacks are a big player here, the cheese doughnuts and bacon jam are worth the 120 drive alone, but the bread with chicken butter and black pudding and apple Bon Bon’s are just as delicious. We had the special of the day, a Steak, Wild-mushroom and Onion Pie with a red wine gravy served on garlic mash. Again perfectly cooked and full of flavours. Desert was Tarte Tatin that comes with a great scoop of salted caramel ice cream and a jug of custard. I think value for money, this is one of the best restaurants/gastro pubs you can visit. The ethos of Adam Handling is about complete usage of product, low waste and sustainability. You’re eating in a beautiful setting, with attentive staff and Michelin level food for a fantastic price. I also love that NO service charge is added to your bill, allowing you to tip accordingly, instead of feeling obliged. But as always this is something I’m left wanting to do rather than feeling like I should. I love everything about chef Adam’s establishments and will always return for another installment! - CColinDevon •5 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoVery enjoyable meal on Monday. However, vegetarian options are very limited these days it use to be better a while ago. I had the tagine which was very tasty but this was the only option for the mains, the frittata might has been too small as it was lower in price. There were 7 non vegetarian options which I could not have. I also noticed that there were no vegetarian options on the Valentine’s Day menu !!!!! Please try and cater for vegetarians I have been coming to the Grange for many yearsMore infoThe Grange Restaurant at Hearing Dogs for Deaf PeoplePrice: Moderate• British• Princes Risborough•4.5
