Quality food from the market bar to the meats.The market bar is incredible, salads; salmon; fresh mozzarella, lobster bisque and dozens of other options. Kudos to the wonderful lady who keeps it clean and stocked. The Gauchos are awesome! What makes it extra special is the staff. These days, it's rare at most restaurants. However, I have to give a shout-out to our awesome waiter, Alvaro. I also want to thank the management. Typically, you only complain to them. However, there are no complaints as they are incredible. Nico, Miguel, and David! Christmas Eve and they were bussing tables and doing it with a smile!
