My friend opted for lunch, Chicken Madiera and it was excellent. We topped bruch off with cappuccino and the home made doughnuts which were to die for! The head chef (sorry, his name escapes me) was a gem and shared samples of many dishes and it was a great experience. The bartender, Rachel was great also. The meat came out with medium rare and well done so that every one at the table was given their preference. The salad bar is beautiful as well as having wonderful variety. The restaurant is immaculate. We came early so it was very quiet but as the diners came in there was a slight buzz with everyone enjoying themselves. We are going to Aruba next year and just found out that a Texas de Brazil was across from our hotel!
