We believe wine is better with food & food is better with wine. A perfect pairing is an experience everyone should enjoy..often. Our unique approach to food and wine means we are "wine first". We first curate the wine list which includes 65+ wines by the glass and then design a food menu that specifically complements the wine. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Julian Silvera who spent his early culinary career in restaurants in his native NYC. He then took his talents to Florida's Knife and Spoon, where he helped garner a coveted Michelin star.     Another birthday celebration and another fantastic evening at Teleferic! This restaurant has never failed to meet expectations. Fabulous food and service. The hands on, team oriented management style makes for a great evening out for all. Two people in our party had never been and they both loved the food and the experience! They'll be back and so will I!

    We visited First Born for the first time and were very impressed with the ambience and location and the overall feel and set up. The food was sub-par though. All the appetizers like the fries and mushroom fritetrs and spring rolls were way too oily. You could actaully taste the oil. we had ordered vegetarian spring rolls and it has the smell of fish so was probably fired in the same oil as other meat dishes, which is not right at all. The main dishes were so sweet, it felt like we were having dessert and not savory dishes. Lots of improvement on the food is required.
