Mr. Tolhurst…Bravo! You have done an amazing job of creating such an inviting experience for everyone that walks in to the restaurant. Here’s another freebie “excellence is not a mistake“ and the Restaurant screams intentionalism from the time you walk in and you’re greeted, to the people that seat you at your table, to the cleanliness of the restaurant, the quality of the food, the time in which it’s delivered , etc, etc, etc! I can’t say enough good things about our experience tonight. But I will just say thank you very much for laboring so diligently to give us one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Joe’s Stone Crab in Las Vegas is truly life-changing — if you’ve never had seafood before. The crab claws? Pure luxury, at prices that make you question your life choices. The ambiance? A time-travel experience back to 1995. But the real star? Our server, a true heartthrob with charm that could melt butter faster than any kitchen heat. Attentive, charismatic, and almost too good to be true — he made the overpriced crab claws feel like a worthy investment. Unforgettable!

My server Ike was amazing, and very attentive to me which was great because a person dining alone usually gets a lacker service. I've dined here on a couple occasions and normally get the Ribeye(5/5) but decided I wanted to try a couple things at the price of ordering a steak. The Crab artichoke dip was amazing, though a little cold, and for my main course I ordered Salmon(Med) but it came out more too well, and bland lacking any season, and it was like warm as well. The Old Fashioned was the best part of my meal needless to say. I'll return in March as I visit Vegas twice a year and will return, just know to stick to what's known- steak.

Incredible dining experience with top notch service and plenty of gluten free options, including handmade daily gluten free pasta. Salad was excellent and they even had a gluten free cheesecake. Highly recommend. It’s a bit pricey but that’s anywhere nice on the strip.

The Bedford by Martha Stewart has become a must-visit for us every time we're in Las Vegas, and it never fails to impress. The ambiance is beautifully curated--modern yet reserved--with tasteful seasonal decorations that make the space feel inviting and elegant. On this visit, we missed our usual server, Jeanette, as she was finishing her shift, however we had an equally wonderful server Ishmael as he delivered outstanding service. He was not only attentive but also entertaining, ensuring our dining experience was as delightful as ever. We started with drinks and appetizers, including the bread basket and zucchini flowers, both of which were perfectly executed. For our mains, I had the scallops with risotto and a side of mushrooms, while my husband ordered the ragu. The scallops were cooked to perfection, and the risotto was incredible--a dish that can often be hit-or-miss at restaurants. My husband absolutely loved his ragu, which was rich and flavorful. Dessert was the cherry on top. The chocolate cake was decadent, and Ishmael surprised us with complimentary crème brûlée, which was so good I could have easily gone back for seconds! Overall, The Bedford delivers exceptional food and service in a beautifully crafted setting. A huge thank you to Ishmael and the entire team for another fantastic dining experience. As always, we'll be back!
