Best Date Night Restaurants in Gilbert

The service was impeccable. Our server was friendly and attentive, he did a great job taking a photo of our table and arranging the birthday dessert. We all thought the food was a little bit “off” this evening. The hummus appetizer was fantastic and the monkey bread dessert was fabulous, but my salmon left something to be desired. it tasted like the sauce was too heavy , almost burned tasting.

Origen is a very upscale restaurant that offers tons of choices, including ribeye, tenderloin, short ribs, and a tomahawk steak. Overall, the service was great and the food was excellent. The only downside was that the hostess sat me in a corner right next to the serving table with a poor view. It was the worst table in the restaurant. This happens to me a lot when I go out to a restaurant. I asked her if the restaurant was going to be packed and she disingenuously replied “yes” even though the restaurant was empty and I was the first person to arrive. A few moments later, I asked the waiter if I could move to another table and he agreed. Unfortunately, this happens because hostess suspect that a single person of color won’t tip well and they put them in the worst seat in the house. Hopefully, the restaurant will not to do that. Other than that, I highly recommend this restaurant. The waiter was excellent, friendly, and provided great service.

Alissia was Aaaah-MAzing!! What a great server. She was polite, attentive, kept our drinks filled, and graciously paced our birthday celebration for us!

we had an amazing dinner this evening!! it is tradition for us to celebrate our anniversary at Firebirds, and from the minute we walked in, to the minute we left, we felt so much love from the staff. dinner was incredible, as always! the honey garlic chicken and the surf and turf are a couple of our favorites. and our server, Crystal was so great. very attentive, kind and so generous with our anniversary dessert. thank you so so much, we will be back again very soon!

Our Server Frank was incredibly knowledgeable not only with the extensive Menu, but also with the Wine List offered at this wonderful establishment . He also explained the History of Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant! It gave us a clearer understanding on the combination of the Two. A Win Win for everyone!! Our wish was to have an amazing evening and experience in Celebrating a major Milestone Birthday. Frank came through in every aspect on achieving our goals. He was extremely helpful recommending the Thai Lettuce Wraps for a starter, followed by Red Wine Braised Short Ribs paired with the Luxe Meritage for my husband and our guest. Dana’s Parmesan Crusted Chicken wad absolutely delicious paired with the CH Prosecco. The Milk Chocolate Cre’meux came very highly recommended, and probably the best dessert we have ever had! Frank was very attentive, extremely personable and the absolute best in his field!! We look forward to many more magical evenings with Server Frank in the near future!
