- CCindyBaltimore / Maryland •18 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe went here for Valentine’s Day and it was 6 of us. First when I called about the pre fixed menu Karrie was soooo friendly and informative on the phone. None of us have ever been there as we were hoping the reviews were as good as they said! We all ordered off the Prix fix menu. Started with salads. Caesar salad and the offshore collective salad were both delicious. The 3 men got the short rib. 2 of the girls for the Branzino fish. I got these tickets stuffed shrimp with pasta. Oh my goodness all of the entrees were awesome. Then the dessert that was included was to die for!!! It was Dulce de leche (chocolate) and it came with real whipped cream and strawberries! Delicious!!!! The service was great. And they even gave us a rose at the end of the night. The price was fantastic for everything you got! $99 for 2 people for all of that. We will definitely be back when the weather is warmer to see the water outside!!More infoThe Collective OffshorePrice: Expensive• Seafood• Columbia•4.4
- GGretchenWashington, D.C. Area •10 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI chose to try this restaurant because its concept reminded me of a restaurant I'd had lunch in over 40 years ago in Paris. The menu was simple and straightforward, just like the restaurant I'd remembered. I took a risk and booked it for Valentine's Day - waited so long I had to take a 6:15 pm sitting. Both my partner and I loved it! We were seated immediately, and even though the restaurant was packed, we didn't feel crowded or intruded upon. The service was fast and the server was cordial and attentive. Rustic bread with amazing butter: delicious Salad prepared the French way with dressing already judiciously added: delicious Steak/frites that were impeccably cooked and hot off the grill/fryer: DELICIOUS! We were surprised to find out we got a second helping of the steak/frites! This made so much sense because why get a huge serving when half of it will be cold by the time we eat it? Instead, both servings were hot and delicious. We opted for sauce on the side, which suited our preference for adding it according to our individual tastes. Although the desserts looked very enticing, we passed this time. But maybe next time I'll take something home! All in all, this was a wonderful experience. As my partner said, "10 out of 10." Thank you!More infoMedium Rare - Columbia, MDPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Columbia•4.4
- SSteveVIPSouth Carolina •33 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoFrom arrival to departure, excellent service on a very busy Valentines Day. At the table there was expert help in picking food and wine combinations that were spot on. The amuse included lemon arancini that popped with bright lemon flavor and a glaze and greens nicely complementing. We split the crab toast and pork belly appetizers, it was hard to say which was the best as each was amazing. For entrees we each ordered the filet with creamed spinach and fingerling potatoes. It was perfectly prepared and delicious and we were taken by surprise by the creamed spinach which was by far the best we have ever eaten. Desserts of berries and shortbread provided the perfect ending to a great experience. As usual, the Jazz served as an excellent backdrop for the evening. One of the best dining experiences we have had, thank you for the excellent performance of the entire 18th and 21st team.More info18th & 21stPrice: Expensive• Speakeasy• Columbia•4.8

- RRamonaBaltimore / Maryland •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had an excellent dinner! Split an order of Brussels sprouts with the liquid feta and they were delish. I ordered the Bohemian Raspberry drink that was so delicious and made me wish I wasn’t driving because I definitely would’ve had another! My dinner was the scallops deluxe and it was delicious. The heath bread pudding ended our meal on a sweet note! Great place and wonderful service. I’ve never had anything that wasn’t great!
