- CCassandraNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe went to Essex for Thanksgiving dinner and it was fantastic. It was relatively quiet and the staff were more than welcoming. They were so polite in taking the orders of a large group and were very patient with our two children. The holiday had a pre-fixe meal and we all got to try new takes on classic Thanksgiving foods. It was delicious. The quality of food and the portion size for the price was great. Thank you all!More infoEssexPrice: Expensive• Fusion / Eclectic• Lower East Side•4.6
- LLisavipGreater Boston •359 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThe River Cafe is my favorite restaurant in New York, and probably anywhere else too! The beautiful romantic atmosphere, amazing views, warm yet attentive service and truly exquisite food make for a perfect experience. It is a special occasion place, not for everyday, but we have celebrated our anniversary there several times (when in the city - we do not live in NYC), and this time it was our 50th. They did not disappoint! I hope I get to go back for many more special occasions. We took our adult son with us and he loved it as well.More infoThe River CafePrice: Very Expensive• American• DUMBO•4.8

- AAlexSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoPerfect kind of fine dining experience - upscale, not uptight, incredible food, and really impeccable service. It is going to be hard to eat anywhere else for the next several months. We went to celebrate a birthday and engagement anniversary, and they made it very special and very aware that they knew and cared about it !More infoASKAPrice: Very Expensive• Nordic• Williamsburg•4.9
- JJuanNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined on 14 Nov 2024Had a great experience. The food and drinks were a highlight - it was so tasty. Some of the best Mexican food in the area. Service was a little slow but it was a busy night. Staff was very friendly. The noise level was my one complaint. It was mostly a normal noise level but some random songs would be extremely loud. It wasn’t bad enough to take away from the night.More infoCasa BondPrice: Expensive• Mexican• NoHo•4.6
